Originally from New York, Zac spent his formative years in Tokyo and Hong Kong before returning to America for University.  He holds a culinary arts degree as well as awards from the Seattle Culinary Academy. These talents, together with his extensive background in interior design and 16 years of international event planning experience, have contributed to the success of hundreds of weddings and events he has directed in the USA, Japan and Mexico.

Barbara Fancsik
Managing Partner / Senior Event Designer & Manager

Barbara has lived and worked in Puerto Vallarta for a total of 15 years.  Originally from the hotel world in Toronto, Canada, Barbara moved to Vallarta and owned and operated two successful restaurants.  She began wedding planning and managing events 8 years ago with EM Vallarta and became an integral part of its success, producing countless remarkable weddings and events.  In tune with the Mexican culture, she understands the unique nuances of creating and executing successful events in Puerto Vallarta and prides herself on guiding each client through the process of planning the most detailed of weddings from afar.  Most recently Barbara, together with Eventful Moments, was honored by Destination Weddings & Honeymoons magazine by being added to their A-List of Planners.

Liliana Gonzalez
Event Manager

Lily has been producing events with EMV for 4 years and brings a high level of detail to both her client relations as well as with her onsite production staff. Originally from Queretaro, Mexico, she has traveled extensively throughout the country and brings a unique perspective to our team.  Liliana came to Eventful Moments from The Four Seasons chain of hotels and has a wide level of experience dealing with the most challenging of client requests.  Lili prides herself on her attention to detail and exemplary client services
